Godawari Power & Ispat has announced a final dividend of Rs. 1/- per share (100%) for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval.

Shareholders on record as of August 16, 2025, will be eligible, with payment within 30 days after the AGM.

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs. 204.49 Cr and consolidated net profit of Rs. 221.67 Cr.

Expansion plans include increasing steel melting capacity by 50,000 MT and boosting solar power capacity to 125 MWp, signaling growth momentum.
