Godawari Power & Ispat has announced a board meeting on August 16, 2025, as the record date to identify shareholders eligible for a final dividend of Re.

1/- per share (100%) for FY 2024-25, pending AGM approval.

The company also approved a 50,000 MT steel melting capacity expansion and increased its solar power capacity to 125 MWp, funded by internal accruals and Rs. 300 Cr debt.

Auditor re-appointments were confirmed.
