Vivanta Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on 16th May 2025 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported consolidated total income from operations at Rs. 109.80 Cr for the full year, with a net loss after tax of Rs. 1.32 Cr, compared to a net profit of Rs. 0.93 Cr in the previous year.

Standalone total income stood at Rs. 22.85 Cr, with a net loss after tax of Rs. 1.20 Cr against a profit of Rs. 1.04 Cr last year.

Earnings per share were negative at Rs. -0.10 for the year.

The results reflect business challenges impacting profitability.
