Hawa Engineers Ltd has announced a board meeting during which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, along with an auditor’s report expressing an unmodified opinion.

The company appointed M/s. Chirag Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting April 1, 2025, subject to member approval.

M/s. Jaykishan Darji & Co. will continue as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26, and M/s. R J & Associates have been appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. These appointments strengthen the company’s governance and audit framework.
