Groarc Industries India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported income from operations of ₹35.40 lakh and ₹41.00 lakh for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. It posted a net profit before tax of ₹3.82 lakh for the quarter and ₹7.22 lakh for the year, with a net profit after tax of ₹1.12 lakh and ₹3.15 lakh respectively.

Earnings per share stood at ₹0.05 for the quarter and ₹0.24 for the year.
