Colinz Laboratories has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Swapnil Fayesh Madiyar as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Promoter, Non-Executive.

This appointment, recommended by the Remuneration Committee, brings extensive experience across business, fintech, marketing, HR, technology, and business development.

Mr. Madiyar is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding office by any authority.

His appointment will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

This addition strengthens the board with diverse expertise, supporting the company’s strategic growth plans.
