Promoter Trishneet Arora has pledged 2,50,000 shares (2.39% of total share capital) of TAC Infosec Limited to Jain Finscap Private Limited as security for a personal loan.

The pledged shares represent a small portion of his total promoter holding of 59.67 lakh shares (56.94% of total share capital). The borrowing amount is ₹5 crore against shares valued at ₹2.5 crore at the time of pledge.

This encumbrance relates to personal use funds by the promoter and does not significantly impact promoter control.
