Promoter Mr. Shrenik Vimawala invoked a pledge on 15,82,16,833 shares, representing 25.85% of Shrenik Limited’s share capital, between February 7 and March 21, 2025. Post invocation, 15,66,66,159 shares (25.60%) remain pledged in favor of Aditya Birla Finance Ltd as collateral security for the company.
