Shalimar Wires Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The Board also confirmed the reappointment of Mitra Bose & Associates as Cost Auditors, ARVG & Associates as Tax Auditors, and Chaturvedi & Co. as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, MR & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.

The company’s 29th AGM will be held via video conferencing.
