Igarashi Motors India has announced a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (face value Rs. 10), pending shareholder approval.

Profit jumped to Rs. 24.17 Cr from Rs. 9.57 Cr last year, highlighting strong operational gains.

Dividend payment will follow within 30 days post-AGM, benefiting shareholders shortly after approval.
