R R Financial Consultants Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company also disclosed an inter-se transfer of 4,27,200 shares (3.86% stake) within its promoter group, from Narayan Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. to Shivom Holdings Pvt. Ltd., both promoters with common control under Rajat Prasad.

The transfer will occur once shares are converted to demat form at market price on the agreement date.

This move does not change the overall promoter holding, maintaining stability in ownership for shareholders.
