Accedere Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Kunal Chaudhary has been appointed as an Executive Additional Director.

He holds a B.Tech from IIT, has over five years of experience in digital and technology projects, and is related to the Managing Director and Executive Director.

His appointment lasts until the next general meeting.

This leadership addition aligns with the company’s focus on strengthening its digital capabilities.
