Oswal Leasing Limited has clarified that due to its paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 50 lakh and net worth of Rs. 2.79 Cr being below the prescribed thresholds, certain corporate governance disclosure requirements, including the consolidated related party transactions report for the half-year, do not apply.

This reduces regulatory reporting obligations without impacting the company’s core operations or financial transparency to shareholders.
