Grasim Industries has announced a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (face value ₹2) for the financial year, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.

Leadership updates include Hemant Kumar Kadel stepping in as CFO, succeeding the retiring Pavan Kumar Jain, and the resignation of Company Secretary Sailesh Kumar Daga.

The board also plans to appoint M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years.
