Record Date

NGL Fine-Chem has announced a board meeting on May 22, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Rs. 1.75 per equity share (face value Rs. 5) is proposed, with the record date on August 12, 2025. Shareholders on this date will be eligible for the dividend, payable after the AGM on August 19, 2025. The register of members will be closed from August 12 to 19, 2025.
