HDFC Asset Management has announced a board meeting that approved appointing M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.

The upcoming Annual General Meeting will consider a final dividend of Rs. 90 per share, with payout expected within 30 days if approved.

The new auditor brings 25+ years of experience in corporate governance and compliance.
