HDFC Asset Management Company has announced a board meeting on June 25, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The record date for shareholders eligible for the final dividend of Rs. 90 per equity share (face value Rs. 5) is June 6, 2025, pending shareholder approval.

The dividend payout, if approved, will be made within 30 days from the AGM.
