Mehai Technology Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Standalone total income from operations stood at ₹4209.08 lakh for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, with a net profit after tax of ₹75.30 lakh.

Consolidated figures show total income of ₹5227.11 lakh and net profit after tax of ₹101.44 lakh for the same period.

Earnings per share (basic) were ₹0.04 standalone and ₹0.05 consolidated.

The company continues operations with stable income and moderate profitability supporting incremental shareholder value.
