Sharika Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting.

The company received a purchase order from JSW Energy Limited for a consultancy study on reactive power, valued at Rs. 4.00 crores.

This domestic consultancy project is scheduled for completion by March 2026. Neither the promoters nor related parties have any interest in JSW Energy, and the contract is not a related party transaction.

This contract strengthens Sharika’s consulting portfolio in the energy sector, potentially enhancing revenue visibility over the next two years.
