AIA Engineering has announced a board meeting on to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported strong performance with standalone revenue at ₹860.61 Cr and profit before tax of ₹425.95 Cr.

EPS was ₹37.59 for the quarter.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹16 per share (800% on ₹2 face value), awaiting shareholder nod.

Record date is set for dividend eligibility, with payment to follow after approval.

Additionally, Mr. Udayan Dileep Choksi has been appointed as an Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
