AIA Engineering has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The record date is set for 5th September 2025 for shareholders to be eligible for an 800% dividend (₹16 per ₹2 share) for FY2024-25, subject to approval at the AGM on 15th September 2025. New appointments of an Independent Director and Secretarial Auditor will also be decided at the AGM.
