CSL Finance has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board has proposed a final dividend of INR 3.00 per share (30% on face value of INR 10), pending shareholder approval.

This payout will reward shareholders within 30 days of declaration.

The company also secured continuity in audit quality by re-appointing M/s. R. Mahajan & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26.
