JSW Steel has announced a board meeting on July 25, 2025, for the AGM.

The record date for the final dividend of Rs. 2.80 per share (280%) is set as July 8, 2025, for eligible shareholders.

The Board approved raising up to ₹7,000 Cr through convertible debentures and equity, plus up to ₹5,000 Cr via non-convertible debentures.

A new Secretarial Auditor appointment is also proposed, pending shareholder approval.
