Kiduja India Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the appointment of M/S. D.C.

Bothra & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the new statutory auditor, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General meeting.

This appointment follows the resignation of the previous auditor, M/S. Lodha & Co. LLP.

Bothra & Co. LLP, established in 1972 with a longstanding practice in Mumbai, will serve until the next General meeting.
