Times Green Energy (India) Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint M/s. JNG & Co. LLP as the Secretarial Auditor and M/s. T R A K & Associates as the Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 and 2026-27. The appointments comply with the Companies Act requirements and aim to strengthen the audit functions.

JNG & Co. LLP is a Mumbai-based company secretary firm, while T R A K & Associates is a Hyderabad-based Chartered Accountants firm.

This move supports better governance and operational oversight.
