Dreamfolks Services has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Consolidated revenue rose to INR 1,291 Cr from INR 1,135 Cr year-on-year, with profit before tax steady at around INR 90 Cr.

The board approved appointing DMK Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY26, pending shareholder approval.
