Ashoka Metcast has announced a board meeting to approve the Managing Director Mr. Ashok C. Shah’s remuneration for the next two years, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Shah, with 40+ years in steel trading and manufacturing, has been MD since July 2022 and brings strong technical and managerial expertise.

This move emphasizes leadership stability to support the company’s growth leveraging his industry experience.
