Active Infrastructures Limited has announced a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share (20%) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, with a record date fixed for dividend payment.

The company reported standalone revenue of Rs. 36.63 Cr and net profit of Rs. 5.69 Cr, while consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 90.50 Cr with net profit at Rs. 13.09 Cr.

EPS stands at Rs. 5.27 (standalone) and Rs. 8.79 (consolidated). Auditor appointments and director re-appointments were also confirmed.
