SM Auto Stamping has announced a board meeting approving the re-appointment of Mrs. Alka Mukund Kulkarni as a Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

She brings over 40 years of experience in accounts and finance and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce.

Mrs. Kulkarni is also the spouse of the Managing Director, Mr. Mukund Narayan Kulkarni.
