Divi's Laboratories has announced a long-term international manufacturing and supply agreement with a global pharma company to produce advanced intermediates.

The partnership will see a capacity expansion costing Rs. 650-750 Cr, funded through phased advances from the customer.

This deal secures assured supply for the client and strengthens Divi’s position in custom synthesis, supporting significant revenue growth over the long term.
