Asarfi Hospital Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company appointed M/S R. K. THAKKAR & CO as its statutory auditor for FY 2024-25. The audited financial results show strong growth with consolidated revenue at ₹120.81 Cr and standalone at ₹120.56 Cr for the year, compared to ₹86.07 Cr and ₹84.40 Cr respectively last year.

Profit after tax improved significantly to ₹10.58 Cr consolidated and ₹10.98 Cr standalone, against losses in the prior year quarter.

The company expanded borrowings to fund growth, with net cash flow from operations slightly negative.

Overall, operational performance and profitability have improved markedly, supporting positive momentum for shareholders.
