Brady & Morris Engineering Company Ltd has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of Rs. 90.90 Cr for the year ended March 31, 2025, with a net profit of Rs. 23.99 Cr.

Exceptional items include a profit of Rs. 23.35 Cr from sale of property and a loss of Rs. 4.03 Cr due to cyber fraud.

The board also appointed M/s Rajesh Dudhara & Co. as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The audit report by R.K.

Doshi & Co. LLP expressed an unmodified opinion, affirming the accuracy of the financials.
