SPEL Semiconductor Limited has announced a board meeting and appointed Mr. Parthasarathy as Chief Financial Officer, filling the vacancy with effect from May 24, 2025. He brings over 30 years of experience in finance and corporate governance, holding a B.Com from Bharathidasan University and an MBA from the National Institute of Business Management.

This leadership addition is poised to strengthen the company’s financial management and support its ongoing operational growth.
