Record Date

IFGL Refractories has announced a Board meeting on June 6, 2025, fixing this as the Record Date for shareholders eligible to vote on the proposed 1:1 bonus issue and to receive the proposed final dividend of Re 1 per share (10%), both subject to shareholder approval.

The 18th AGM is set for August 27, 2025, with August 20, 2025 as the Record Date for attending the AGM.
