United Van Der Horst Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported a net loss after tax of Rs. 41.29 lakh for the latest quarter, compared to a profit of Rs. 12.56 lakh in the previous quarter, and a net profit after tax of Rs. 13.83 lakh for the year.

Total revenue from operations was negative Rs. 13.22 lakh this quarter versus Rs. 28.85 lakh last quarter.

The company’s debt stands at Rs. 180.01 lakh with a debt-equity ratio of 0.36. Earnings per share were Rs. (13.10) for the quarter, indicating a downturn.
