Company Update

Finolex Industries has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,171.81 Cr and total income of ₹1,236.38 Cr for the year.

It posted a net profit after tax of ₹223.20 Cr, up from ₹164.58 Cr the previous year.

The board proposes a total dividend of ₹3.60 per share, subject to shareholder approval.

An exceptional gain of ₹416.99 Cr was recorded from the transfer of leasehold land rights in Pune.
