SHRI BALAJI VALVE COMPONENTS LIMITED has announced a board meeting on which it approved the formation of an Executive Committee composed of two Executive Directors, Mr. Laxmikant Kole (Chairman) and Mr. Shrinivas Kole, along with Mrs. Madhuri Kole as a Non-Executive Director member.

This committee is set up to streamline decision-making and enhance operational efficiency, supporting the company's governance and strategic oversight.
