Hariyana Ventures Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company operates solely in the trading of iron and steel.

Its audited financial results show total income of Rs. 50.57 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 276.46 lakh for the year.

It reported a net loss after tax of Rs. 55.75 lakh for the quarter but a net profit of Rs. 116.38 lakh for the year.

Earnings per share stood at Rs. 16.61 for the year.

The results were approved by the board and audited with an unmodified report, reflecting the company’s financial performance and operational focus.
