Envair Electrodyne Ltd. has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year with an auditor’s report featuring an unmodified opinion.

The company reported other income of Rs. 12.48 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 76.99 lakh for the year.

It posted a profit before tax of Rs. 17.76 lakh for the year compared to a loss the previous year.

The board appointed M/s D Kaur & Associates as internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The company is exploring new opportunities in manufacturing or trading.

Cash and cash equivalents declined significantly to Rs. 3.73 lakh from Rs. 583.14 lakh, impacted by investing activities including fixed deposits.
