Asit C. Mehta Financial Services Ltd. has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of ₹2953.33 lakh for the quarter and ₹7264.08 lakh for the year, compared to ₹1402.52 lakh and ₹4239.88 lakh respectively in the previous year.

It posted a net profit of ₹225.39 lakh for the quarter versus ₹17.25 lakh earlier, while the annual net loss narrowed to ₹274.33 lakh from ₹1109.05 lakh.

Equity shares outstanding remain at 8.25 crore with no dividend declared.

The announcement also included a public notice revoking a specific power of attorney and a legal inheritance claim for a property, important for transparency and shareholder awareness.
