Company Update

SPEL Semiconductor Limited has announced a board meeting on May 24, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 245.24 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 786.42 lakh for the year.

It recorded a net loss after tax of Rs. 7.996 Cr for the year, compared to Rs. 16.78 Cr loss in the previous year.

Earnings per share stood at a negative Rs. 4.56 for the year.

The equity share capital remained at Rs. 4611.74 lakh, with other equity at a negative Rs. 3320.48 lakh as per the latest balance sheet.
