Sanrhea Technical Textiles Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of ₹1889.41 lakhs and a net profit after tax of ₹162.26 lakhs for the quarter, down from the previous year.

For the full year, total income stood at ₹7493.55 lakhs with a net profit after tax of ₹472.48 lakhs.

Earnings per share for the year were ₹9.45. The company declared an 180% dividend subject to shareholder approval, reflecting improved operational performance and better margins, supported by government subsidy releases and stable throughput at its complexes.
