Amrapali Fincap Ltd. has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2025, which were issued with an unmodified auditor’s opinion.

The company appointed M/s. S P Thakker & Associates as internal auditors and CS Bhumika Vipulkumar Ranpura as secretarial auditor for FY 2025-26. Revenue rose to Rs. 27.35 Cr with a profit before tax of Rs. 0.4 Cr in FY25, compared to a loss before tax last year.

Total equity stood at Rs. 149.16 Cr.

The company reported positive cash flow from operations and investing activities, indicating improving financial health.
