This release was mutually agreed between the parties.

Both companies share common promoters, and the transaction was conducted on an arm’s length basis.

The release of the guarantee has no impact on Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Limited’s operations or financial position, signaling reduced contingent liabilities for the company and potential easing of credit-related risks.
