Ortin Global Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported a net loss of Rs 16.41 lakh for the quarter and Rs 414.48 lakh for the year, indicating ongoing operational challenges.

The Board appointed M/s. Aakanksha Dubey & Co as Secretarial Auditors for five years and brought in Ms. Mounika Pammi as an Independent Director, replacing the retiring Mr. Gopal Reddy Bheemreddy.

Committees have been restructured accordingly.
