Mach Conferences and Events Limited has announced a board meeting.

The company will acquire a majority stake in Travexel Events and Travel Private Limited, a specialized medical conference organizer providing event management and travel services.

This move expands Mach’s portfolio into the medical conference segment, adding a segment with long-term upfront planning and boosting its event-travel ecosystem.

Travexel has an order book of approximately ₹20 Cr this financial year and will continue operating independently.

The acquisition aims to create cross-selling opportunities and accelerate growth in the niche medical events market.
