Swasth Foodtech India Limited has announced the appointment of B J B & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2025-26 to ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Rahul Bhutoria, an associate member of ICAI with 10 years’ experience, will lead the audit.

Additionally, Kirti Sharma & Associates has been re-appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years from 2025-26, pending shareholder approval.
