Mish Designs Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of new auditors.

M/s H. Maheshwari & Associates, a Mumbai-based company secretary firm, will serve as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26 and 2026-27. Dinesh Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants with expertise in auditing, tax, and advisory services, will be the Internal Auditor for the same period.

These appointments aim to strengthen the company's compliance and internal audit functions, supporting robust governance for shareholders.
