Munjal Showa Limited has announced a board meeting on May 26, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Revenue rose to Rs. 1250.45 Cr from Rs. 1172.73 Cr YoY, while profit after tax dipped to Rs. 28.87 Cr versus Rs. 30.77 Cr.

The board proposed a final dividend of 225% (Rs. 4.50/share). New independent and non-executive directors were appointed, along with secretarial and internal auditors for five years.

The company remains focused on its core auto components business.
