The company has appointed M/s. Leena Agrawal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years from 2025-26 to 2029-30 and M/s. Phatak Joshi & Co. as Internal Auditor for 2025-26. Additionally, the company has received an eligibility certificate for an incentive totaling Rs. 7345 lakh under the Package Scheme of Incentives 2007, payable at Rs. 734.50 lakh annually over ten years, supporting its long-term financial planning.
